United States Domestic Shipping

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
• Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse

International Shipping

• Standard International Shipping: 5-10 business days
• International orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse
• Delivery times do not include customs processing time

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped
• During peak seasons and sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100
• Orders under $100: Flat rate of $7.99

International Shipping

• Calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight
• Import duties and taxes are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships
• Track your order anytime by:
  1. Logging into your Vic 'n' Tee account
  2. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  3. Contacting our customer service team

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes
• Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
• Certain countries may have import restrictions on clothing items

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Vic 'n' Tee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• For packages damaged during transit, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery
• Photo documentation of damaged packages may be required for claims

General Return Guidelines

At Vic 'n' Tee, we want you to love your purchase. We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn
• Original tags must be attached
• Original packaging with SKU label must be intact
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval
• US customers only (international orders are final sale)

Split Package Orders

If your order arrives in multiple packages, your 7-day return window begins when you receive the final package.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Beauty products
• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Intimates and lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package your items securely with all original tags and packaging
4. Ship items back using your preferred carrier (return shipping fees are customer responsibility)
5. Allow 5-7 business days for return processing once we receive your package

Important Information

• We do not offer exchanges - you'll need to place a new order for any replacement items
• A 20% restocking fee may apply if return guidelines are not followed
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless:
  • You received damaged items
  • We shipped incorrect items
  • There was a shipping error on our part
